Posted By Kathleen Tuck |

Boise State kicks off the new academic year by welcoming 52 new full-time faculty members. Five others will join the campus community in January. Some come to campus from successful careers in the private sector or at other prestigious universities. Others are attaining permanent status following stints as guest lecturers or have recently completed doctoral programs.

“The faculty joining us this fall come from the very best institutions in the nation, reaffirming Boise State’s rising academic profile and our commitment to providing the best learning environment possible for our students,” said Martin Schimpf, provost and vice president for academic affairs. “We couldn’t be more pleased with our new faculty.”
